Onboarding checklist

Things to get ready as you onboard with Growtor

Have these ready on your onboarding call and we can start building your funnel and ads the same week.

Your business details

  1. Your name and company / brand name
  2. Primary contact number and email
  3. Mobile number for account verifications (keep it handy for OTPs)
  4. GST number IF GST INVOICE NEEDED

Brand assets

  1. Brand name as it should appear on ads and pages
  2. Logo and brand guidelines , if you have them
  3. Brand colours
  4. 5 to 10 photos of you in a shared Google Drive folder, for ad poster designs
  5. Domain name and login to your domain provider, so we can complete domain setup

Accounts & payments

  1. Facebook Page and Instagram account access, shared with Growtor through Meta Business Suite
  2. Facebook ad account access, so we can launch and manage your ads
  3. Payment gateway account (Razorpay, Cashfree or similar) for collecting fees
  4. Credit or debit card to add to your ad account and tools. You add it yourself; we never need your card details.
  5. Staff list with the access each person needs, so you can add them and assign permissions

WhatsApp, calendar & funnel

  1. WhatsApp number and phone in hand to scan the device
  2. WABA registration details IF REQUIRED
  3. Your availability for 1:1 calls, for calendar setup
  4. Offer details : program name, price, webinar date and topic, for your funnel and WhatsApp / email templates

Content for ads & funnel

  1. 2–3 testimonials or student results (screenshots or videos)
  2. Short intro or talking-head videos for reels and ads, if you have any. If not, we'll send you scripts soon.
  3. Your bio and credentials : years of experience, students taught, certifications
  4. Webinar slides or PPT IF ALREADY MADE
  5. Target audience details : who the program is for, city, language and age group
